This comfortable villa is located at the back of a small complex of three, in a quiet residential area. It will provide a perfect relaxation abode for your weekend escape, or for a longer stay.
You will love the North facing entertainment area, with a great dining area and a hammock. It is peaceful and private and fully fenced.
The property offers ground floor accommodation, with no stairs and easy access.
Pets are welcome via previous arrangement (1 – 2 small dogs).
You can walk to everything, so you don’t even need to bring your car. The train station with an express train to Sydney is just two minutes down the street.

The Location
Thirroul is a heritage town, well known for its shopping, art galleries, boutiques, eateries and entertainment.
Thirroul has two beautiful surfing beaches, patrolled Thirroul Beach and McCauley Beach, as well as Olympic size swimming pool and state of the art kids’ playpark. McCauley Beach is an off leash beach, where you can take your dog for walks and play time.
As a focal point in Thirroul there is proudly presented and beautifully restored “Anita’s Theatre”, providing entertainment for all tastes, from classical music concerts, to cinema shows and ballroom dancing. It is well used by the locals and tourists alike.
“The Beaches” hotel offers live band entertainment and live artist painter at an open air beer garden.
Every year the town hosts Thirroul Seaside & Arts festival, the family festival of visual and performing arts. It falls on the last weekend before Easter, transforming the streets and parks into an array of colourful stalls displaying art and goods, as well as live entertainment.
Thirroul is well known for its array of eateries, coffee shops, bars and boutiques. There is plenty to choose from for all tastes and cousines.
