50 metres to the beach, set back from the road is this comfortable holiday home that sleeps up to 10 people. There is no need to drive anywhere, you can relax and enjoy everything practically at your doorstep. Step out to the patrolled Thirroul Beach, Olympic size swimming pool, surf club, state of the art kids play park, and a recreation park just across the street.
In addition, there is the newly refurbished Thirroul Beach Pavilion, with a café on the promenade overlooking the beach. Thirroul village is approximately 100 meters away with its fine eateries, shops and pubs.
“The Esplanade” is a spacious and comfortable holiday pad that is homely and low maintenance. Downstairs the floors are tiled, easy to maintain when you come back from the beach, with a combined laundry and bathroom for your convenience.
The generous open plan living, dining and kitchen gives you a sense of space, with access to a private rear yard with established Norfolk Pines. The property is fully fenced and safe for the kids, with front and rear relaxation areas.
All four bedrooms are upstairs and they all have queen size beds. Main bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there is a sofa bed to sleep two more people.
