About the property
Gaze at the ever changing ocean from the comfort of the lounge/kitchen area or the two decks. Watch whales and dolphins as they pass the cove just metres from the house. See the sun rise over the Pacific or take in the moon as it rises over the sea at night. Picnic, barbecue or just relax on the grass frontage.
Wander or swim in the cove and enjoy the simple pleasures of life; rock-pools, scuttling crabs, mini-aquariums, algae and sand underfoot. Dive or fish from the rocks, or swim in the 50 metre pool carved into the rock platform. Take a two minute walk to the dog friendly ‘Sharkie Beach’ or head north along the sand for five minutes to the patrolled ‘Coledale Beach’.

The Location
Coledale is a small but vibrant community perched on the sea under a towering escarpment. With only a few streets and a scattering of shops it offers a chance to get away from the ‘rat race’ to a place where people still greet you in the street.
There are a variety of food options from ‘Earth Walker’ and ‘Coal Coast’ to the RSL and the takeaway, all within two minutes’ walk. The cellar stocks an impressive range of wine and ‘Earth Walker’ supplies gourmet food.

Living
A light filled upstairs open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opens onto a spacious deck with commanding sea views. The lounge features a T.V, DVD, air conditioner and a variety of games and DVDs. Wi–Fi is connected to the house. The kitchen has all the features of a home with a full size fridge, oven, stove top, microwave and freezer.
Downstairs features a bar, second fridge and a lounge area with a sofa and lounge suite.
Outdoors
The downstairs lounge area leads onto a deck and the grassed area on the seafront. There are two (2) barbecues, gas and wood, for breakfast or a feast on the deck or lawn.
