“Well it was fourth time lucky when we changed to Seacliff Property. We finally got what we were promised and that was a professional organisation who practiced what they preached. Barbara believed in our products (sold 2 houses within months of each other) and there was none of the:

“I appointed Philip King from Seacliff Property Thirroul to offer the block of 3 units for lease when the renovation was completed.
The renovation is completed in two stages. The unit 1 & 2 was renovated first, while the unit 3 was occupied by an existing tenant inherited from the previous owner. Unit 3 was renovated 4 months after. Given the challenges in managing 3 units in difference stages of renovation I required an agent that would “look outside the square” to find the tenants upon completion of renovation work.
The first 2 units leased to great tenants with success upon renovation completed.
My decision (during purchase of the property) to keep the existing tenant at Unit 3 turned out to be my worse decision as an investment as this existing tenant is a horror tenant, who refuse to pay rent nor move out from the property. I prepared for the worst, an expansive and length process of eviction.
