This elevated and oversized home offers unique ocean and escarpment views, in a beautiful Northern Illawarra, where the mountain meets the sea. A luxury home in every sense, yet comfortable and homely with multiple relaxation and entertainment areas.

There are scenic views from practically all windows on both levels, you can even spot migrating whales and dolphins if you are staying at the right time of the year.

Take the path down to the patrolled beach and a rock pool and enjoy the holiday lifestyle at its’ best. There is also a local SLSC, so bring your surf board, as this is a perfect spot to enjoy the surf.

The renowned Scarborough Hotel and Imperial Hotel are just up the road, where you can enjoy gourmet meals and coffee with a view. For more diverse eateries, shopping and entertainment, drive down to Thirroul township.

The Location

The iconic Sea Cliff Bridge is just to the north, the highlight of the Grand Pacific Drive, welcoming tourists for a walk along this picturesque coastal road.

The local beaches are renowned for their unspoiled beauty and easy access. You will be consumed by the laid back coastal lifestyle and care free village atmosphere.

The next village down the road is Coledale, with its’ cafeterias, take away, RSL club, bottle shop, hairdresser, two beaches and a rock pool. 

Further south you come to Austinmer, with prestigious Austi beach, Glastonbury Gardens, cafes and a rock pool.

Further south is Thirroul township, with Anita’s Theatre, two supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants, two beaches and Olympic size pool.

What more do you need?

Conditions of Occupation:

Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm – 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.

To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:

(a)    Use of premises – the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.

(b)   Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

(c)    Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.

(d)   Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area of Wombarra and have a strict no party policy. NO weddings, parties or large gatherings are permitted.

(e)   Noise – Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.

(f)     Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – the Tenant is responsible for the tenant’s personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.

(g)    No pets are allowed under any circumstances.

  1. 48 hour cooling off period

  2. Please report any issues that arise during your stay so we have an opportunity to rectify it

  3. Owner will not be responsible for any loss of enjoyment due to bush fire, storm activity, power failure, beach erosion, excessive seaweed or any other commonly recognised force majeure event.

  4. This agreement is governed by the laws of N.S.W.
