This elevated and oversized home offers unique ocean and escarpment views, in a beautiful Northern Illawarra, where the mountain meets the sea. An ideal holiday home in every sense, comfortable and homely with multiple relaxation and entertainment areas.

Five minutes’ walk from the patrolled beach and park, enjoy the holiday lifestyle and the ultimate coastal retreat at it’s best.

The main house consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs with a parents retreat located upstairs. There are wall mounted r/c air conditioning units on each level.

There is a free standing studio that sleeps four, with air/con and TV, ideal for teenagers to get their own space.

The expansive front and rear terraces are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There is an above ground pool for the family to enjoy in complete privacy.

The Location

Walk down the road to Coledale village with its’ cafeterias, take away, RSL club, bottle shop and a hairdresser. What more do you need?

There are fabulous beaches all along the coast, the closest being Coledale patrolled beach with SLSC and a rock pool.

The iconic Sea Cliff Bridge is just a few kilometers north, the highlight of the Grand Pacific Drive, welcoming tourists for a walk along this picturesque coastal road.

The renowned Scarborough Hotel is also worth visiting for breakfast and lunch, as well as numerous eateries down at Thirroul and Austinmer.
